Weakness strikes! There is an open packet of fruit mince pies on the bench.
I stood in the supermarket for about 5 full minutes staring at fruit mince pies about two weeks ago. Took a lot of mental encouragement to walk further down the isle.
Now they sit on the bench (not from my purchase, mothers). I knew that I could not spend 5 minutes staring at them this time because it would get the better of me. I quickly ran and got the diary free ice-cream from the fridge, threw on some soy-yogurt and popped in-front of some trashy Christmas television program.
Nice, myth-busters is on the other channel.

Hey I’ve been out of the country for a decade and back now I’m finding it hard to find dairy free ice cream and soy yogurt, I’m in Auckland we have Huckleberry Farms and Harvest Wholefoods but neither have, oh and thanks for the Burger Fuel V8 tip, delicious !

So Good has a range of Soy based “ice cream”. There is also another brand, who’s name I forget, that does some really delicious frozen soy goodness. I have seen both at every New World I have ever been to in Welly and a few other supermarkets. They taste as good, or better, than most ice cream but are not cheap!
I have only seen one brand of Soy Yoghurt but it seems to be in most Supermarkets. Keep your eyes peeled!
